My Heart Will Go On adalah lagu tema film Titanic tahun 1997. Musik lagu ini digubah oleh James Horner, liriknya dikarang oleh Will Jennings, dan diproduksi oleh Simon Franglen, James Horner, dan Walter Afanasieff. Lagu ini sendiri dinyanyikan oleh Céline Dion. Setelah dirilis pada tahun 1997 melalui album lagu film Titanic dan album Dion Let's Talk About Love, lagu ini langsung menempati puncak tangga lagu di seluruh dunia, termasuk Amerika Serikat, Kanada, Irlandia, Britania Raya, dan Australia. "My Heart Will Go On" dirilis di Australia dan Jerman pada tanggal 8 Desember 1997 dan seluruh dunia pada bulan Januari dan Februari 1998. Lagu ini kemudian menjadi hit tersukses yang dinyanyikan Dion, salah satu singel terlaris sepanjang masa, dan singel terlaris di dunia pada tahun 1998.
